We recognize the different learning styles, abilities and interests of each child and have drawn up individualised plan for every child. Since we believe teaching is not one-size-fits-all automated process, but an intentional and purposeful endeavor. Therefore the focus is on the child and our approach is child—centric. However, our methodology is a unique blend of experiential learning, play way method and an essence of Montessori model to complement it with progressive outlook. Sanskar emphasizes "learning by doing", spiritual development, working with hands—on materials, which are practical techniques for balanced, joyful living such as concentration, self-awareness, self-discipline and compassion.Our aim is to create a place for children just like a big Indian home where many family members live with many loving hands and many playmates in a calm, caring environment. And that is what the aim of Sanskar, to make parenting a carefree experience and to facilitate parents with an insight into children's needs when they are away at work and what it means to have the support of a high quality Day care. In this environment, the children not only grow up together with different age groups but they experience sibling -like bonding, learn the importance of relationships sharing, empathy, discipline, decision-making and co-habitation, which we all know are vital Life -skills. Education should be looked at as a holistic learning experience, helping each child to develop those attributes and qualities of head(mind), heart(soul)and hand(body) that transform the child into a self reliant, confident, well aware, responsible and with a great sense of selfesteem.
