"Welcome to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Jharsuguda, a co-educational residential Vidyalaya situated in Kantapali village of Distt. Jharsuguda in the state of Odisha. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Jharsuguda was established in the academic year 2002-03 and was inaugurated on 8th January 2003. Until April 2012 the vidyalaya was running in its temporary site i.e. the in the Hostel No.1 of Govt Engineering school, Jharsuguda.We shifted to this permanent site in May 2012. Admission to Vidyalayas is made at the class VI level through open test conducted at District level by Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi.
