In the year 1948 few woman of Pune, who took training at Dr. Madame Maria Montessori’s guidance camp, started a child oriented kindergarten. In that few enthusiastic women came together and established an institute named Association Montessori International Maharashtra branch Pune. The school which was founder on 31st August 1954 was originally named as AMI Balak Mandir and was situated at PYC gymkhana women’s club Pune. Among these women special mention must be made of Smt. I have been a fan of children having mastery over at-least one sport or talent. But time does not permit to pursue the skill. However here its not that, here my child gets ample time to pursue sports as well as studies
