The school was started in 1961 as an English Medium Co- Educational School. The school is recognized by the Educational Department of the Govt. of West Bengal. Efforts are being made to open Higher Secondary Department. Ideals and traditions have been built up through the years and the school trains the students to become useful citizens of our motherland, India. For facilitating individual attention, the number of pupils in a class is limited.
