The Vidyalaya was established in the year 1993 at the temporary site in premises of a local and generous educationist late Shri Y D Mane, who made his building available rent free for three years. It was formally inaugurated by the then Union State HRD Minister MS Selja Kumari. Meanwhile the construction work of the semi permanent building began at the site of the Vidyalaya.
