Parents are the first teacher, teachers are the next parents. Home is the first school and school is the next home. Encyclopedia Britannica defines discipline as sacrificing some of the pleasures in order to achieve higher quality of life. Discipline cannot be imposed; it must be inculcated by both parents and teachers. Same is the case with the cultural and moral rules. It is a combined effort of both the parent and teacher that shapes our future generations. Initially too easy--everyone is a winner, then teachers became unusually critical.
