Although we wanted, we weren't just looking for studies in a school. They also desired effective management, communication, and teaching. It's good to see that they are meeting all requirements.
We felt the need to move quickly to a new town. Thankfully, the teachers informed the office personnel of our request, and they quickly gave us new locations.
My youngster will be admitted to this school the following year. My son will meet the school's age requirements the following year.
Our class teacher called us to schedule some in-class therapy sessions. How wonderful that kids noticed a few things and wanted to discuss them with their parents.

Earlier this year, I forgot to pay the fees for my children's school. I started getting calls from the school staff to remind me of it. My kids were going to school daily. But just because I had forgotten to pay their fees on time, they called me multiple times, which was not fine with me. I spoke to them about how it was a bit rude to do so. They sat me through an explanation of why it is important to remind parents about the fees of their children. Communication solved our problem.
My son was learning French in the school and the course was about to end. It is the time for the test of the students. But they were delaying the exams for the French language and we were unable to understand the reason. Then later we came to know that they were not certified to teach the international language. When we asked about it in the school they said they have applied for the certificate and it will be available to them in 2-3 days.
Once there was call from the management regarding some penalty that we have to pay because our child is not regular in the school and is bunking classes everyday. I was so worried because he was going to school everyday on time. When I came to know this from the school I scolded him very badly. But he said he haven't done anything like this then again i contacted in the school then I came to know that they have filled the wrong information in my child's form. The management resolved the issue immediately. Other than this, there has been no problem from their side so far.
I went to school to pay fees this year. And I saw many new sections added to the school fee structure. I asked the authority about this. I talked to the principal as well. I could not pay for unnecessary sections. So the principal considered my concern & allowed every student to pay the fees without a compulsion of all sections.
In Orchid other languages are also taught. I enrolled my child for French language classes. And we have payed fees a month before and they were not at all taking any classes then we complained about it to the higher management and they said there was no good teacher for it and then after a month they really arranged a good teacher from abroad.
We were facing the issue that we live in a area were orchid busses were not coming. So I had to drop my kids to the school and as I am a working person it became very difficult for me to pick and drop kids. So I addressed my issue to the management they then decided to cover that area on my and few more parents request. Really orchid works on the issue of parents as well.
Once we were stuck while opening the portal of the school and it was important to open the portal and submitting the forms for the admission in communication classes. Then I informed about it to the management and they with taking proper responsibility fixed the issue.
During the covid pandemic, the management took a wise initiative by introducing Online classes. Although at first I was a bit confused if this would help children learn. How their doubts will be cleared? But after a few sessions, I realized that classes were very interactive. My child had few doubts in physics but all were cleared during a doubt session.

"It was my first time encountering our school help desk. It was the initial days of Covid-19 and schools started with online classes for the very first time. As a parent, we were very new to how exactly the online process is going to take place. Even though the school provided properly written guidelines, we still chose to call the help desk. My daughter was lacking in a few scoring subjects and her overall grades were dropping. Hence we decided to take admission here in Orchids. She is getting stable and gradually her performance is getting better day by day which makes me soo happy. Hope to see her growing like this...

My friend took the admission for her daughter to Orchids international school But, I took admission to another school as their fees were low as compared to Orchids. But, looking on a long term basis I could see a major improvement in my friend's child. Her confidence, her excitement, and intellect have boosted on another level as compared to my child. She has also won the Junior Einstein Science competition. I am impressed by her overall progress. I made the mistake of choosing a low-grade school. The faculty here is not at all interested in connecting with parents, not getting satisfying results, and she doesn't feel like going to school anymore. We are soon planning to take admission to Orchids school. "
I recently complained about a fee-related issue because I had already paid all of the instalments and the management was not approving them due to some technical issues, but after I showed them the receipt, they resolved the issue at the earliest manner.

A few months ago, during the sports practice my son broke his arm and the teacher align with another staff member immediately took him to hospital. On the way to hospital, they informed us as well. Fortunately, no severe issue occurred.
As the school is in the way of my office I prefer to drop my child to the school and pick her up. But One day I was unable to pick her up from the school. About which I informed in the school and they took the responsibility of the child to drop her back home. Great gesture. Thanx
The Undri branch is one of the new branches of Orchids and when you visit, you can see that they have state of the art infrastructure. The faculty both as the teachers and the administration is very courteous and helpful. I'm particularly fond with the Principal, she creates interpersonal relationships with both the parents and their children, which made me feel like my child is in safe hands. Speaking of safe, the safety precautions they have taken at Orchids is amazing. They have cameras everywhere and my daughter of 5 years is not left unattended at any times. As a parent in these times, we have so many concerns for our children. But at Orchids, I feel rest assured for those hours that she is in their care. Would definitely recommend the school for other parents who place a high value on development of their children and their safety.

Not one the best private school in the city. This is because the school does not have everything from sports, academics, facilities,etc.
