"Mount Carmel Convent School is run by the Congregation of the Sisters of the Apostolic Carmelâ€. It is a Christian minority institution with English as the medium of instruction. It was started at Nana Peth in 1943, to provide Catholic girls with sound religious and moral education. Other pupils are also admitted with due respect to their religious feelings and freedom of conscience. It is named after Our Lady of Mount Carmel, from whom our youth will learn openness to God’s all-sufficing love that will enable them to accept life’s situations in a deep spirit of faith. Decisions related to kids were always our family decisions. My in laws my parents me and my husband. This was the only school we all had a mutual liking so we are here.
Students are given minimal freedom.
Apart from good teachers what I like the most about this school is their approach towards learning. It is very different from other schools.
There is no good and bad school in my opinion . But as a parent if this school makes my kid happy it becomes the best school for me
