The Trust is registered with the Charity Commissioners Office, Thane under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. The Trustees are thorough educationists, and are well versed with the day-to-day developments in the field of education. School building is old. But over all the school staff does a decent job in keeping the student body safe, and healthy.
The staff at the school are very co-operative and attentive.
