Manav Mandir Trust was established in the year 1963 by late shri Devendravijayji Dave & late shri Kanaiyalal Dave.The prime object of the Trust is to impart education and medical relief to poor and needy people of the society. In the Same year Manav Mandir established sangeet Vidhyapith affiliated with “Gandharva Mahavidhyalayaâ€. Thousands of Students are honoured with graduate, post-graduate and Doctorate degrees in Vocal, Instrumental and Dance from this institution in the last years and today they are well placed in the society. In the year 1963 Manav Mandir’s Smt. N.R.P. Sheth Multipurpose High School was established in both English & Gujrati medium. The school has its own tradition & culture. The School has produced consistently 100% result and Stood in the merit list of the SSC Board examination. So far more than 6000 students have passed SSC from the school. The school won “Vidhya Ratan Award†and the Principal “Jewel of India†award from the International institute of Education and Management, New Delhi. The school is adjudged to be the frist amongst the 200 schools in Mumbai for carrying out activities other than academics by Prempuri Ashram in 2004 and it also conferred “Kalaguru Award†on the Previous Principal Mr. Pappachan Cherian.
