Agrasain Balika Siksha Sadan, a modern multipurpose girls Higher Secondary School affiliated to the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi, is the brain child of SRI BASUDEO TIKMANY who conceived about the school far back in the year 1987 and encouraged like-minded members of Agrasain Seva Samity. The necessity for a good English Medium School for complete personality development of students as per International Standards was felt by many social workers, industrialists & members of Agarwal Community in and around Howrah & Kolkata. Generous contributions from the Agarwal Community gave enormous boost to the project & within two years of the foundation laying ceremony on 25th March 1994 by the then Governor of West Bengal, His Excellency Sri K. There is peer pressure in terms of academics amongst some students due to competition.
Im sure as a parent that my child will make me proud one day, this school is putting in a lot of efforts to groom my kid well.
The facilities in the school are very good. Even teachers are very cooperative.
