We have three schools at Hyderabad. Our main school, the Indus International School, Hyderabad was established in July 2008 at Mokila near Shankarpally and is a brainchild of the Indus Trust. Along with this, we have a Junior school at Jubilee Hills too which caters to children from 18 months- 6 years of age. Given the success of our existing institutions, we established our third educational institution in Hyderabad- Indus International Junior School at Gachibowli on February 15, 2014. This branch caters to children from Pre- Nursery to Grade 2 (2 years to 7 years). The school is located opposite Aparna CyberLife/ Citizen Hospital. The first Academic year for Indus Junior School began on June 12, 2014. Philosophy Leadership for Tomorrow is the central philosophy of the school. This stems forth from the belief that Preparation for Life is the purpose of 21st-century education. At Indus, leadership is defined as the ability to first lead yourself and then others (through service). Infrastructure With facilities that support excellence in all areas, Indus International School is among the best-equipped schools in India. The infrastructure has been suitably planned to accommodate learning, leadership development and an international curriculum. Curriculum The Indus curriculum is designed such that our students become whole people and independent learners, who will be self-motivated to seek knowledge. Knowledge at Indus is not merely about natural sciences, social sciences and the arts. True knowledge is experiential and transformational. Our curriculum is based on the inquiry-based approach which is primarily concept driven. The Primary Years Programme is a curriculum, a philosophy and a methodology for young learners between Nursery to Grade 5. The best gift any parent can give their children is a good foundation for their educational future done within a safe environment. The staff at the school are conscientious, skillful and knowledgeable. The children academically grow in an environment that is very nurturing.
The infrastructure is very good , the staff is cooperative and it gives me immense satisfaction to be associated with this school.
