PanchShila Montessori School was set up by the PanchShila Cooperative House Building Society Ltd in 1973. It is one of the oldest Pre- School in South Delhi located in Panch Shila Park, near Panch Shila Club, New Delhi. Ms. Sujata Sundaresan , Former Principal MMI Pre-school along with Ms. Radhika Kumar and MMI team of teachers have taken over the operations of PanchShila Montessori School. The School campus is spread over one acre. It has ample grounds and greenery which brings children close to nature. PanchShila School follows the Montessori Method of teaching, scientifically developed and designed by Dr. Maria Montessori. Montessori is a method where children learn based on self-directed activity, collaborative play and hands-on learning. They also make new discoveries with the materials that are offered to them. Montessori Method guides each student to become curious, lifelong learners, ethically and morally responsible citizens. All our Facilitators are Montessori trained and experienced. We are so glad to be the part of Panch Shila family since long ,it is a very old and prestigious institution of which me and my siblings are proud and successful alumni’s. Putting Sharvi in the school did not bring a second thought in our minds as we very well know how they nurture and help in growing a beautiful flower out of the little buds . The way teachers present themselves, the practical learning they take up, all help in building a strong base for the kids ,where the kids attain self-confidence n learns a bundle of things which seems effortless. Shanti Ma’am and Ranjana Ma’am are so soft spoken always with a warm gesture has helped Sharvi to change from a shy person to an outspoken person . Special mentions to the Vice Principal the moment u enter the school she is all there with her cheerful spirit saying "Good morning" filling the room with all the positivity and always smiling and The Principal Ma’am always focusing on how children can get better day by day .The best part is Ma’am is also involved in everyday activities with the kids and spend her time with them by encouraging them with what the kids love doing whether it's dancing ,singing ,yoga etc. In Total we are so so glad we still followed the legacy and got Sharvi here ..
