School is good. Principal and teachers are very good. Unfortunately my experience with office coordinator wasn't very pleasing. My son went to 2nd grade and I couldn't have him continue in same school for 3rd grade due to some personal reasons. I was coordinating with Shabana for a month for my sons TC and report card as he was moving out of state. In spite of stating urgency there was nothing done and a soft copy of the report card was given after multiple follow ups and confirming that they had the original before I went to collect it. When asked she said she was busy with admissions. Its not like one month wasn't enough for someone to follow up on the report card or TC. It looks like only the admissions are important and when someone leaves the school they no longer matter. My son was a special case where he was leaving the state and the staff should have shown little more interest in getting his documents in time. Unfortunately, my messages or calls were not always answered. When I asked Shabana if at lease one follow up on getting his report card was done via email to the HQ she said NO and she was not even apologetic about it. If the school is understaffed then they must do something about it. Just saying we are busy with admissions doesn't help the parents. While my experience with school/teachers has been great, my experience with office coordinator hasn't been a pleasant experience. School must take equal interest in the students who are leaving as much as they do in new admissions.
