Kendriya Vidyalaya is one of the prestigious schools managed under the aegis of Central Government. The school features quality education matched with the global standards of learning. Recently the group of institutions got quite in limelight when it announced the uniform minimum age eligibility for first class to be 5 years. The KV Fee Structure
KVS has a uniform fee structure across all their schools located pan India. The KV Fees is submitted quarterly and is required to be deposited within 15 days only of the month specified. The dues paid after 15th of the specified month will be charged an additional late fee.
The fee is submitted in four quarters, where the first quarter one, two, three and four fee is submitted in May-June, July, October and January consecutively.
The KV Fees consists of the following charges:
Quarter Fee (Tuition Fee): Kendriya Vidyalaya’s tuition fees or the quarter fees is deposited on a quarterly basis in January, April, July and October.
Advance Fee: Kendriya Vidyalaya also accepts the whole academic year fee at once which can be deposited in January, April, July and October.
Students can pay the academic year fee/annual fee in advance. The advance fee can be paid for one academic year at a time. It can be paid only in January, April, July, and October.
Arrear fee: The arrear fee at KV can be paid only for one academic year. It can be paid in successive months to previous months or with the next quarter fee.
New Admission Fee: It is the fee for admission in a new class. This is paid in the first quarter after admission.
Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi (VVN): Another KV Fees is the Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi which is utilized in developing the school.

Parents can submit the Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees in both online and offline mode.
Online Mode:
The KV Fees can be paid through the official KVS website or by the Bank of India
Students/ parents can pay the fees online through the official website of KVS or by the Union Bank of India KVS fee payment mode at https://epay.unionbankofindia.co.in/kvfee/
The fees can also be paid through any other mobile banking app.
Offline Mode:
The offline fee payment can be done through KV fee challan which can be generated on the official KVS website or the Union Bank of India website.
