Chaman Vatika ‘Gurukul’ is determined to provide a conducive environment to the students so that they understand it better, contribute to it and succeed in their lives. Chaman Vatika Gurukul functions on the principle of nurturing social engagement by prioritizing humanity and culture.

History

Founded in the year 1991, the motto of the school is to lead children from innocence to knowledge. At Chaman Vatika Gurukul knowledge is reconstruction and reorganisation of human experience. The school aims at providing Quality Holistic Education in an atmosphere of dedicated scholarship and discipline.

Academics

Chaman Vatika Gurukul, Ambala is a coeducational school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).Managed by the Chaman Vatika Educational Society, the school offers classes from Nursery through class XII.

Creating technology enriched infrastructure combined with excellent resources and new age teaching methodologies the school has made tremendous efforts to aid the learning process. Inculcating the ‘skills’ a sound and focused education provides; and through the ‘Competencies’ essential for success in all the spheres of life.

The school has adopted the modern day technology of smart classes, curriculum synchronised personal grooming classes and various laboratories. 

Infrastructure

Chaman Vatika Gurukul School is located at Vill. Sadhopur, Ambala-Chandigarh Highway, Distt Ambala, Haryana.

The 27 acre school campus facilitates an ideal learning environment for the students, with spacious and well-ventilated classrooms equipped with the latest teaching aids.

The school offers separate hostels for boys and girls. The rooms are well-furnished and air-conditioned. Hostel facilities include a dining hall, 24 hour hot and cold water in both the hostels and complete electricity backup. The food is prepared under hygienic conditions.

The school campus houses huge playgrounds and a well equipped hall for indoor games such as chess and scrabble.

Activities 

The school encourages sports facilities such as athletics, swimming, billiards, skating, badminton, volleyball, basketball, kho-kho, cricket, snooker, soccer, throw ball, cross country, cycling, martial arts, weight training and swimming pool.

Along with games and sports, the school has adequate facilities for dance, music, theatre, debating and much more.
