Sharanya Narayani International School (SNIS) is a co-educational K- 12 day, weekly (5-day), and regular boarding school in Bangalore promoted and managed by a non-profit charitable Trust – Narayani Group of Educational Institutions. Both the School and the Trust are named after Late Mrs. Narayani Abbaiah Reddy, the family matriarch of the Trustees.Late Mrs. Narayani and her late husband Mr. Abbaiah were not formally educated and came from an agricultural background, but they were visionaries, who saw the value and significance of education. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Houston Baptist University and Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Houston. She also has the Project Management Professional Certificate from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Lakshmi has worked with several multi-national companies in diverse fields such as education, software, oil & gas, realty & title management, and credit reporting. Excellent school and infrastructure. My daughter is studying in kindergarten and I have seen her inquiry level increasing day by day. She has started getting involved in discussions with me like where are planets, how do they look like, where is earth, what is recycling, how plants grow.....the list is endless. She gets exposure to a lot of things in school like diferent sports, music instruments, dance forms, yoga. I have seen a lot of positive changes in her like she has started trying new things, she keeps her plate in sink herself, she wants to learn to do things on her own, to name a few. I can clearly see overall development happeneing in my daughter. Thank you SNIS team!
This school prepares you for the real world. They believe in empowering children to be independent. The Dorm Parents and Teachers have helped my daughter significantly gain confidence and self independence. The Principal and the Trustees vision of aiming to develop Sharanya students to think, inquire, act and reflect is quite visible in every child. And what more can you ask - a total eco-friendly green environment.
SNIS.....what to say...it's like dream come true for me. Very much satisfied with this school in all the ways may it be activities, studies, sports , opportunities , learning etc. My daughter who is in grade 5 is very passionate about this school as she also noticed that this school has made her a very good leader n very independent along with good knowledge.
