My son is studying in JGRVK Ramamurthynagar since last 3 years. He is now in 6th std. There were 2 main reasons for us to change to JGRVK from his previous school: 1) we were not happy with the previous school administration and management (do not want to mention the name of the school here) 2) we had received a very good review/feedback about JGRVK from neighbors and others. To be honest it was one of the best and wisest decisions that we, as parents, made in the year 2018 to admit our son in JGRVK. There are several reasons why we are so happy with the school. Bear with me am pouring my heart out here. 1) School Administration/Management - A very sensible management team which is totally driven by pure Rashtrotthana mission and value system. NOT at all a money-making establishment. Within an year you will realize that they live by their principles in everything they do. May it be any parental addresses, Cultural gatherings, orientation programs, sports day, national holiday events, students' birthday celebrations...so on and so forth they evidently exhibit their value system, punctuality and commitment. They WALK the TALK. 2) Teachers - Though we had interacted with teachers during his 4th and 5th standards, we got an opportunity to witness teaching and knowing more about the teachers during the lockdown time and online classes. Very simple yet very dedicated teachers I must say. They are experts in the subjects and relentlessly try all their ways and beyond (so many assignments, notes, class-tests, worksheets, quizzes, homework, prompt clarifications) to help children understand and learn. And all these reveal their unparalleled passion towards the subjects and teaching! Trust me am not exaggerating anything here. Each one of them are a cream of JGRVK school. 3) All round development There is nothing hidden about the importance that school and their curriculum gives to the all-round development of the child. They offer all these extra-curricular activities (swimming, yoga, music...so on) as part of the tuition fees. There are no hidden charges! 4) Simplicity and Culture This is where the school and the entire faculty, support staff and management stand out. They are simple, approachable and very understanding. There is no rude behavior. It is a well-know fact that they staunchly value and follow "Bharathiya culture". 5) School Environment & Infrastructure The feel you get when you enter the school is just "like stepping into a huge and pious temple". That was the feeling we got and our parents got whenever we visited the school. It is a huge setup and yet very neat and tidy in appearance. Ofcourse there is surely one drawback that the school management can address to help parents i.e. accessibility from Ramamurthynagar main road and good parking facility for parents vehicles.
