Through the School’s programs and activities, the children will learn to respect all cultures and communities, preparing them to become a part of our increasingly multi-cultural world.To provide a learner-centric education for your children so they can achieve their full potential in the respective fields of education they wish to pursue and build a better world.The Sangam School of Excellence was established on April 5th, 2004 with classes from Nursery to VI standard. It started on a very humble note with only 55 students as a Day-Boarding for seniors (classes III-VI) and a Day School for Primary (i.e. Nursery to class II). The founder Principal Mrs. Mamta Bhargava looked after the senior section and Headmistress Mrs. Wendy Shah took care of Toddlers & Primary Section of the school. In 2005, two more classes VII and VIII were added to the premises. Many sports, literary, and cultural activities began blooming and emphasis was laid on Global Students’ Exchange Programs. In addition, each classroom was turned into a smart classroom by providing a computer (teacher’s console) and two high erected monitors. Later, the school collaborated with Educomp Datamatics, introducing ICT in school curriculum. The total strength then rose to 249 and we received an excellent response from in and out of Bhilwara. In 2006, Ms. Madhu Nagpal was welcomed as the new principal and Dr Meenakshi Tyagi joined in as Senior Vice Principal. The school was affiliated with CBSE for secondary classes and this year the strength of school rose to 299. 15 hobby clubs for co-curricular activities were initiated to foster the inherent creativity. Sporting activities like – Hockey, Football, Gymnastics, Karate, Yoga were introduced. Sangam School is the first school in India to embrace Young Amnesty International Club in school. Sangam School became the first in Rajasthan to introduce training of robotics assembling and programming to students of classes V to X. Students participated and won many awards in district level sports tournaments and various inter- school literacy and cultural competitions. In 2007, the school was certified by the ISO 9001:2000 for quality procedures and internal auditing system by the teachers who were a part of ISO training. Two new sports – Athletics and Hand Ball were introduced recentlty. Sangam School became a Residential School in 2008 and began with separate boys’ and girls’ hostel facility. 41 students joined the hostel in the first year from different corners of the country. Another great thing achievement of the year was the affiliation for Senior Secondary (12th Class) from CBSE. It was introduced with all the 3 streams – Science, Commerce and Humanities. The students secured 100% board result for class X and added another glorious feather in our already shining hat. The school got a V-SAT enabled classroom set up for students to study with the professors of Delhi University and Bangalore University. The school library subscribed to the Encyclopedia Britannica Online for the students who wish to pursue Research. The school adopted new technology for its smart classrooms in the form of Interactive Boards. Since 2010, the school also offers IB Diploma programme and CIE’s IGCSE programme. The Sangam School signed a contract with KPS school automation solution for all the routine applications of school the same year. The kid’s entertainment park and a tennis court were other major achievements. In 2010, Sangam School subscribed to EBSCO host (an online collection for journals and research essays). A language lab in association with Globerina Pvt. Ltd. has also come up for the ESOL students that are assisted by a trained ESOL teacher.
